Our Clinic
NorthStar Paediatrics provides specialist assessment and management for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioural conditions — including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Global Developmental Delay.
Led by Dr Ankur Sharma, Consultant Paediatrician (FRACP, RCPCH Neonatology Fellowship, ADI-R Certified), we see patients across two locations — Joondalup WA and Tamworth NSW.

Important Announcement for Existing Patients of Dr. Ankur Sharma
From SmartPaeds Clinic & My GP Hub Clinic
We would like to announce that our practice is transitioning to a new operating system, Halaxy, to improve the way we manage appointments and patient information.
As part of this transition, we kindly ask that you complete a new set of registration and consent forms. These forms are required to ensure that your child’s information is up to date and accurately transferred into our new system.
Once your account is set up, you will receive the invitation from us to have access to the patient portal.
Important note:
Please inform our team which email address you would like to use as the login for the portal. Each email address can only be linked to one child profile/file.
If you have other child profiles with us, we recommend creating a separate email address for each profile to ensure proper access.
Managing portals for multiple children?
If you already have portal access to Child 1, add Child 2 (with a separate email address) using Child 1's portal. When Child 2's portal accepts the request, you can manage both portals under one login.
Through the portal, you will be able to:

Manage appointments such as Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Receive and share important documents and reports

Update personal and contact details

Communicate securely with our practice

Request repeat script

Request questionnaires forms / Travel forms / early release medication form

Make a payment electronically and securely from stored card detail after the appointment.

Medicare rebate is submitted automatically to nominated bank account after the appt.
We understand this may take a little extra time, and we truly appreciate your cooperation and support as we make this improvement to better serve you and your family.
